New-fashioned room, spotless, with comfortable bed, bathroom. With an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff was amicable and the setting was marvellous. Walking distance to main shopping street and a shopping street across the street.

I was delighted with the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the vibrant Kokusaidori. Plus, having a bus station right in front of the hotel made getting around so convenient. And let's not forget the relaxing outdoor pool and jacuzzi! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, situated in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-maintained. We were given a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in, which was a nice touch.
My stay at this hotel during new year was not what I had expected. The noise levels were unbearable, as there were parties and celebrations taking place all night long.

The hotel is located in a great area with lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The room is luxurious and brand new with exclusive amenities such as souvenirs and a comfortable bathtub. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and provide great service with Chinese language options available. The buffet breakfast is a standout with a great selection of food and the bar offers happy hour deals.
The room service menu is relatively simple and the dishes offered at the buffet restaurant were repetitive over the course of three days. However, this is perhaps understandable given the current impact of the epidemic.
